Amplifier Network is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs in the Washington, DC technology community by providing access to capital, proven business expertise, educational opportunities and meaningful information and experiences for entrepreneurs. The Network was established by Amplifier Ventures, an entrepreneur focused early stage venture capital fund, a group of established entrepreneurs and key service providers with reputations of expertise with emerging companies and the challenges they face. Amplifier Network uses technology to support its mission and operates online content communities that are focused on entrepreneurs and the Washington, DC Technology Community. Participants in each of these communities may contribute their own content and thoughts, share information provided by others, engage in ongoing dialogues around subjects of interest, search for new information and collaborate with other community members. Amplifier Network also participates in the Amplifier Business Accelerator Program, a bi-annual business acceleration program designed to accelerate the development of emerging businesses.
